We look for investments with opportunistic and value added profile, in every asset class, mainly in the Milan and Rome markets and the North of Italy for logistics warehouses.

Our interest is referred to portfolios, stand alone buildings, or brownfield, with an investment ticket  for each asset from €30 mln to over €100 mln, including capex.
